FDA had originally published a 60-day notice requesting public comment on the proposed collection of information, and no comments were received.
U.S. total broiler slaughter for the week ending August 31 is estimated by USDA-AMS’s Poultry Market News Service to be 164,228,000 broilers, a 5-percent increase from the same week a year earlier.
