House Ways and Means Trade Subcommittee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA), subcommittee ranking member Charles Rangel (D-NY), and 138 other House members said in a letter to President Obama on Wednesday that the White House should pursue a Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement that leaves out countries that do not provide full market access  under the proposed TPP trade agreement.
