With vast industry experience, our technical experts can provide consulting and guidance to processors at all steps of poultry processing.
Can you briefly describe your position and responsibilities within the company?
I currently serve as the Business Development Director for Eurofins Microbiology based in Lancaster PA, with a service outreach that spans the entire US when it comes to poultry. For over 25 years, my career has been focused within the industry, having worked in technical roles for processors and service providers. I aim to build on my existing experience and knowledge through industry events and technical forums, applying this information to create a bridge of expertise between our labs and industry needs.
What is your favorite chicken dish?
With a love of Italian fare, my favorite would have to be Chicken Francese. You just can’t go wrong with the egg-battered filet combined with lemon, butter, wine and pasta!
