In 2-3 sentences, describe what good or service your company provides to the broiler industry.
Darling Ingredients produces sustainable feed ingredients (proteins and fats), derived from animal by-products, to nourish poultry and support optimal growth, health, and feed efficiency in broilers. Our processes and products reduce waste and increase sustainability in animal agriculture.
Can you briefly describe your position and responsibilities within the company?
As Executive Vice President of U.S. Rendering Operations, I lead the Darling Ingredients’ rendering operations throughout the U.S., ensuring efficient and effective processes. I am responsible for managing the production of animal by-product ingredients, ensuring they meet the nutritional requirements while adhering to safety and quality standards. In this role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, drive innovation in feed and pet food solutions, and optimize processes across the supply chain. My focus is on achieving outstanding results that align with both company objectives and industry standards.
What is your favorite chicken dish?
My favorite chicken dish is hot wings. I love the perfect combination of spice and flavor – it’s always a satisfying choice.
