In 2-3 sentences, describe what good or service your company provides to the broiler industry.
Phibro has a long-standing history of providing medicated feed additive (MFA) and mineral nutritional solutions to the poultry industry. As the industry has evolved, Phibro’s business has evolved aimed at driving value for our customers and meeting their ever-changing needs. Today, Phibro provides a combination of nutritional specialty products, MFA’s, autogenous vaccines, and mineral nutrition solutions the poultry industry.
Can you briefly describe your position and responsibilities within the company?
I lead the sales and technical service team for Phibro Animal Health as the Head of the Poultry Business unit.
What is your favorite chicken dish?
My favorite chicken recipe is a family recipe called, “Megan’s Chicken.” The recipe calls for baking boneless chicken thighs in a casserole dish with sambal oelek chili paste, pesto and garlic. It is spicy, crispy, and incredibly good.
