In 2-3 sentences, describe what good or service your company provides to the broiler industry.

Can you briefly describe your position and responsibilities within the company?

As the Vice President of Business Operations for Food Safety at Evonik’s Active Oxygens business line, I manage a team of highly experienced industry professionals who specialize in supplying antimicrobial solutions to processors. Our team is composed of sales and service professionals, microbiologists, and engineers who possess a deep understanding of production challenges. We provide a turnkey approach to assist processors in meeting regulatory compliance and quality goals. We work closely with our customers to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs, and we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that help enhance food safety and quality.

What is your favorite chicken dish?

It’s hard for me to choose, but if I must, I would say chicken piccata.
