Tyson Foods this week announced it plans to invest $70 million to build a state-of-the-art hatchery in Hope, Arkansas.

“We continually strive to unlock the next level of excellence in quality and service to our customers,” Tyson Foods CEO Donnie King said. “This investment is another way to demonstrate our long-term commitment to our home state of Arkansas and the Hope and Nashville communities.”

The hatchery will replace an existing hatchery and triple the company’s capacity to supply nearby facilities in Hope and Nashville, Arkansas.

The facility is expected to be 131,000 sq. ft. and completed by late 2024.
