The National Chicken Council Broiler Research Award recognizes distinctive research work that has a strong economic impact on the broiler industry, primarily on the economic influence the work has had or will have on the industry. Nominations are now being accepted for the award through March 1, 2023.
Individuals who meet the following criteria are eligible to receive this award:
- Poultry Science Association Membership is required.
- Research must have been published in the last five (5) years and have had a strong economic impact on the broiler industry.
- Past recipients are not eligible for this award.
- Only research done at public, nonprofit, institutions or similar organizations will be considered.
- Individuals or teams can be nominated for this award.
- International nominations are welcomed.
