USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is providing current Domestic Commodity Vendors in the Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) System an on-line training session on “How to Submit an Offer,” “Entering an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN),” and “Submitting an e-Invoice.” These training sessions will be instructor led and conducted live via Zoom.

- October 18, 2022, 1:00 – 3:00pm ET – How to Submit a Bid.
- October 19, 2022, 1:00 – 3:00pm ET – Entering an ASN.
- October 20, 2022, 1:00 – 3:00pm ET – Submitting an eInvoice.
Prior to the training date, an email invite will be sent to all registered vendors with instructions on how to access the training sessions.
