NCC last Friday evening hosted a virtual charcuterie board-making event as a kick off to the American Academy of Dietetics Food and Nutrition Conference & Exhibition (FNCE). Known as “FNCE Friday,” NCC, through Chicken Check In, extended exclusive invitations to 80 registered dieticians and nutrition influencers to attend the event.

As an event sponsor, NCC was able to send a pre-event package that included clever suggestions about easy-to-use chicken products and chicken-themed skewers to use on their boards.

After the board-making, attendees showed off their boards and posted pictures to social media, tagged sponsors and became eligible to win sponsored prizes.

This event generated a lot of excitement and engagement by the influential nutrition professionals through their social sharing channels and put it top of mind for their other public-facing content. Many discussed having chicken on their boards because of its standout nutritional benefits and uses.
