Department of Education: Miguel Cardona (nominated on December 22, 2020, hearing on February 3, 2021)
Environmental Protection Agency: Michael Regan (nominated on December 19, 2020, hearing on February 3, 2021, awaiting vote)
Department of Labor: Mayor Marty Walsh (nominated on January 7, 2021, hearing on February 4, 2021, awaiting vote)
Department of Health and Human Services: Xavier Becerra (nominated on December 6, 2020, hearing on not yet scheduled)
