Clint Rivers, National Chicken Council Chairman, has announced the names of those industry representatives who will serve on NCC’s 2021 Marketing and Safety & Health Committees. The Marketing Committee chair is still to be decided. Frank Cruice, senior director corporate safety and security, Perdue Foods, was appointed by NCC last year to head up the Safety & Health Committee (NCC, National Turkey Federation and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association are part of the Joint Poultry Industry Safety and Health Council).
