Poultry certified wholesome during December 2020 (ready-to-cook weight) totaled 4.23 billion pounds, up two percent from the amount certified in December 2019.
The November 2020 revised certified total at 3.98 billion pounds, was up one percent from November 2019. The November revision represented an increase of 9.19 million pounds from last month’s preliminary pounds certified.
