National Chicken Council Chairman of the Board Clint Rivers, President & CEO of Wayne Farms, has announced the chairs for NCC’s 2021 standing committees.
Committee chairs are as follows:
Communications Committee Morgan Watchous, Corporate Communications Manager, Poultry, Tyson Foods.
Environmental Committee Bill Knapke, Cooper Farms. Knapke was appointed to this joint committee by the National Turkey Federation last year and is serving his second term as chairman of this committee.
Growout Committee Dr. Kurt Dobson, Director of Veterinary Services, George’s. Dobson is serving his second term as chairman of this committee.
Human Resource Committee Jim Golden, Cal-Maine Foods. Golden was appointed to this joint committee by USPOULTRY last year and is serving his second term as chairman of this committee.
Poultry Health Committee Dr. Scott Gustin, Managing Director Veterinary Services, Tyson Foods. Gustin is serving his second term as chairman of this committee.
Safety & Health Committee Frank Cruice, Senior Director Corporate Safety and Security, Perdue Foods. This committee and the safety and health committees of USPOULTRY and the National Turkey Federation (NTF) are part of the Joint Poultry Industry Safety and Health Council. Cruice was appointed by NCC last year and is serving his second term as chairman of this committee.
Technical & Regulatory Committee Adriene Abbott, Director Quality Assurance, Mountaire Farms. Abbott is serving her second term as chairman of this committee.
