This holiday season, there’s a new star on the table. Leave the prime rib in 2019, more people than ever are looking for chicken on the holiday menu. Chicken is the main protein families are preparing at home during quarantine and now more than half of Americans who eat chicken say they would prefer the tasty poultry to ham (52%) or turkey (49%) at a holiday meal, according to a recent survey by the National Chicken Council (NCC).
