The National Chicken Council this week posted two new videos outlining how the chicken industry has enhanced safety measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and how the industry continues to be committed to the safety of our workforce.

The short videos feature Ashley Peterson, Ph.D, the National Chicken Council’s Senior VP of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs. Dr. Peterson walks through the numerous safety protocols followed inside processing plants and recognizes the commitment of those essential employees working to provide chicken to Americans and consumers all over the world. NCC will be promoting the videos on YouTube and our social media channels.
