Poultry certified wholesome during February 2020 (ready-to-cook weight) totaled 3.91 billion pounds, up four percent from the amount certified in February 2019.
The January 2020 revised certified total at 4.53 billion pounds, was up six percent from January 2019. The January revision represented an increase of 7.11 million pounds from last month’s preliminary pounds certified.
