Registration is open for the National Chicken Council’s 65th Annual Conference scheduled Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30 at the Four Seasons Hotel located at 2800 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C.

NCC’s Annual Conference brings together senior executive from U.S. chicken processing companies and allied industries to hear experts discuss current legislative, political, business, agriculture, economics and international trade issues of importance to the chicken industry.

Please note that the National Chicken Council Board of Directors will meet in conjunction with the 65th Annual Conference on Tuesday, October 29 from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. The meeting is open to NCC board members and official representatives from NCC’s allied leader companies. An informal buffet luncheon for those attending the board meeting will be available starting at 12:00 noon. 

Following are instructions on how to register for the October conference:

To Register for the Conference:

Visit www.nationalchickencouncil.org/conference/ for complete information on NCC’s annual conference, including the agenda, information on the Four Seasons, instructions on how to make hotel reservations, and travel and area restaurant information.

Once on the website, you will see “Register Now” on the right-hand side of the home page. Click to register and enter your user name, which is your email address on file with NCC, and your passcode, then hit submit.  If you do not remember your user-name or password, please contact Debra Newman at dnewman@chickenusa.org.

Once logged on, click on “Annual Conference” on the meetings tab located in the center of the screen. Please note that, if you are bringing additional representatives from your company, each individual must be registered separately with that individual’s user-name and password.

If your spouse or a personal companion is joining you, please be sure to add as a “spouse/companion” during the registration process. Spouses/personal companions attend on a complimentary basis.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, please click on “pay with debit or credit card” and enter the appropriate information.

To Make Hotel Reservations:

All hotel reservations must be made no later than Monday, October 14. After the October 14 cutoff date, room availability and discounted group rates cannot be guaranteed, and you will be on your own to secure alternative hotel accommodations.

To Make Reservations by Phone:

Call the Group Reservations Line at the Four Seasons at 202-944-9157. You must reference the National Chicken Council Annual Conference to secure group rates of $430 per night.

To Make Reservations Online:

Visit https://www.fourseasons.com/washington/. Choose “Accommodations” at the top of the Website. Enter your check-in and check-out dates; adjust the number of adults/children per room; enter the Promo Code to secure NCC’s $430 per night rate.

Corporate Promo Code: CI1019NCC. Enter the letters CI, the number 1, the number 0, the number 1, the number 9, then the letters NCC.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If you wish to cancel your hotel reservation, you must do so by 6:00 p.m., 7 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will be responsible for your hotel room rate, plus tax, for your first night of stay.

 

In addition, if you check out of the Four Seasons prior to your scheduled departure date, as confirmed upon check-in and registration, you will be charged one night’s room rate, plus tax.
