Mark Kaminsky, National Chicken Council Chairman, has announced the names of those industry representatives who will serve on NCC’s 2019 Marketing and Safety & Health Committees. David Mehlman, vice president of retail sales, Koch Foods, will serve as chair of the Marketing Committee. Mick Berning, health and safety consultant, Cargill, was appointed by the National Turkey Federation last year to head up the Safety & Health Committee (NCC, National Turkey Federation and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association are part of the Joint Poultry Industry Safety and Health Council).
