A notice went on display today at the Federal Register outlining the Agricultural Marketing Service rates for voluntary poultry grading and certification activities for the coming year. These fees will take effect October 1, 2018.
For scheduled (resident) service, rates will increase from $48 to $52 per hour. For non-scheduled (fee) service, rates will increase from $78 to $90 per hour. Charges that adjust based on those baseline figures (e.g., night differential, overtime) will change accordingly. Audit rates will remain the same.
