The Agricultural Marketing Service has issued a draft Federal Purchase Program Specification for Consumer Pack Chicken, Frozen, February 2018.
The proposed updates include:
- Adding material code 110950 for boneless skinless chicken breast 3lb packaging
- Clarifying requirements for raw materials in section 550-551
- And updating numbering and language for consistency.
