Quality Supply Chain Co-Op (QSCC), based in Dublin, Ohio, has joined the National Chicken Council as an allied member company. Gail Venrick, vice president of procurement, proteins, packaging & disposals, will serve as the official representative to NCC.

QSCC directs and supports the supply chain function for the Wendy’s Restaurants throughout the United States and Canada. The procurement team is responsible for managing all supplier relations across the proten, non-protein foods, beverages, packaging, disposables, indirect, smallwares, IT, equipment, fixtures and furniture categories.
