Ben Harrison, National Chicken Council Chairman, has announced the names of those industry representatives who will serve on NCC’s 2018 Marketing and Safety & Health Committees. Rob Dowell, director of sales & marketing, Case Foods, will continue to serve as chair of the Marketing Committee. Mick Berning, health and safety consultant, Cargill, was appointed by the National Turkey Federation this year to head up the Safety & Health Committee (NCC, National Turkey Federation and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association are part of the Joint Poultry Industry Safety and Health Council).
