Don’t miss out on the National Chicken Council’s 63rd Annual Conference, register today.  The conference is scheduled Wednesday, November 1 and Thursday, November 2 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Following are instructions on how to register: 

Visit for complete information on NCC’s annual conference, including the agenda, information on the Four Seasons, instructions on how to make hotel reservations, and travel and area restaurant information.

Once on the website, you will see “Register Now” on the right-hand side of the home page. Click to register and enter your user name, which is your email address on file with NCC, and your passcode. Hit submit.  Once logged on, click on “Annual Conference” on the Meetings tab located in the center of the screen.

Please note that NCC emailed its membership previously with details about the upcoming Annual Conference and that email included your user name and password.  If you need your user name and password necessary to register, please contact Debra Newman at NCC via her email at  and she will provide you with your login credentials.

Please note that, if you are bringing additional representatives from your company, each individual must be registered separately with that individual’s user-name and password.

If your spouse or a personal companion is joining you, please be sure to add as a “spouse/companion” during the registration process. Spouses/personal companions attend on a complimentary basis.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, please click on whatever credit or debit you wish to use and enter the appropriate information.

How to make hotel reservations:

Make your hotel reservations soon as the hotel room block is filling up quickly.  Room rates for the National Chicken Council are $420 per night, plus applicable taxes.

It is your responsibility to make your hotel reservations at the Four Seasons no later than Sunday, October 15. Please note that all reservations under NCC’s discounted Four Seasons hotel room block are on a first come, first served basis.

To make hotel reservations by phone: Call the Group Reservations line at (202) 944-9157 and reference the National Chicken Council Annual Conference to secure discounted hotel room rates. The reservations line is staffed 24 hours a day.

Please note that the Four Seasons has had intermittent trouble with their online reservations.  If you have any difficulty or receive a message that rooms are not available, we suggest you just call the Four Seasons to book your hotel reservation.
