Accounting firm Frost, PLLC, a long-standing NCC allied leader member company, has merged, as of June 1, with Terkelsen, Smith & Tyree. The merged firm will be known as Frost, PLLC and will continue to operate out of all current locations. The focus of the merger is to expand the breadth of services and geographic reach that Frost PLLC and Terkelsen, Smith and Tyree, PLC can provide to their current and potential clients, according to a joint press release announcing the merger

It is expected that the merger of the two independent accounting firms, with offices in Arizona, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Florida, will bring an unmatched depth of knowledge, resources, and know-how to the food and agriculture sectors, including accounting, auditing, retirement planning, business valuation, litigation support, and international tax, according to the press release.
Frost was founded in 1974 and since then has established its national reputation and client base that today reaches 48 state and international. Terkelsen, Smith & Tyree was founded in 1961.
