Exports of agricultural commodities and food products from the United States to Cuba in December 2016 were U.S.$29,992,937 compared to U.S.$4,302,105 in December 2015 and U.S.$25,219,764 in December 2014, according to the Economic Eye on Cuba, published by the U.S.-Cuba Trade and Economic Council.

For 2016, U.S. chicken legs/leg quarters (frozen) were ranked the number one product exported to Cuba, representing 40.9 percent of total U.S. exports to Cuba.  Chicken meat/whole chickens (frozen) were ranked sixth and represented 4.4 percent of total U.S. exports to Cuba.
