Which countries have the biggest appetite for meat worldwide?  Across all of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries at least, Australia comes first, according to Forbes.  Every year, the average Australian will eat 205 pounds of poultry, beef and veal, pork, and sheep meat.  The United States is in second position with 200.6 pounds (despite a very low value for sheep), followed by Israel with 189.6 pounds.

Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, renowned for their steak, come next on the list with around 187, 183, and 172 pounds respectively.
