Changes to the Specification: Leg Quarters (110094) – Frozen chicken leg quarters. Leg quarters must be produced from ready-to-cook broiler/fryer chickens, without neck and giblets. The commodity must be packaged in a minimum of four plastic-film bags, and packed 40 pounds (18.14kg) net weight in each fiberboard shipping container, with approximately 950 shipping containers per purchase unit totaling 38,000* pounds (17,236.51 kg).
Purchase units of commodity must be 38,000 pounds net weight regardless of case count. The above product definitions contain changes to the commodity specification that shall take precedence throughout the entire commodity specification.
