IRI is slated to speak at the National Chicken Council’s July 12-14 Marketing Seminar to be held at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, Amelia Island, Florida. Joe Crawford and Chris DuBois, both IRI principles, protein insights, will discuss “How Millennials are Changing the Meat Case: What to Expect as Millennials Mature.”

Crawford and DuBois will examine the underlying purchasing trends of Millennial shoppers and analyze how chicken and meat buying habits are different from the chicken and meat buying habits of GenX and Baby Boomers.  They will also explore how Millennials satisfy their protein need with other products outside of chicken or meat as well as sharing strategies for winning Millennials in marketing to this group.
