The House Judiciary Committee next week on March 3-4 will mark up four immigration bills. The bills will strengthen interior immigration law enforcement; change asylum laws; protect jobs for legal workers; and protect children.
The measures would prevent President Obama from “unilaterally” shutting down enforcement and ensure unaccompanied minors are safely returned home. The titles of the bills are: In Honor of State and Local Law Enforcement Act; the Legal Workforce Act; the Asylum Reform and Border Protection Act; and the Protection of Children Act.
