Novozymes has joined the National Chicken Council as an allied leader member company. Novozymes, based in Denmark, is a biotech company with a strong focus on enzyme production and over 6,000 patents. “Novozymes’ biosolutions enable everything from the removal of trans fasts in food to advancements in renewable energy source,” according to the company’s website.
