An industry leaders panel  is slated as part of the general session at the National Chicken Council’s upcoming Annual Conference scheduled Wednesday, October 29-Thursday, October 30.  This year’s conference will be held at the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Washington, D.C.

Bill Roenigk, former NCC chief economist and senior vice president and now consulting, will serve as moderator of the panel discussion.  Panelists include:

  • Lampkin Butts, President and Chief Operating Officer, Sanderson Farms
  • Randy Day, Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, Perdue Farms
  • Bob Ruth, President of Country View Family Farms, Clemens Food Group
  • Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer, Harrison Poultry
