USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) on September 16 purchased chicken and chicken products as indicated below for distribution to the school lunch child nutrition and other related domestic food assistance programs for fiscal year 2014.
Deliveries will be made from November 1-30, 2014. A total of 1,548,000 pounds of oven roasted chicken were not purchased as no bids were received.
