Joe Forsthoffer, Corporate Communications Manager, Perdue Farms, will serve as chairman of the Communications Committee. Dave Wicker, Vice President Live Operations, Fieldale Farms, will head up the Growout Committee.  And, Bill Griffith, Vice President of Quality Food Safety, Perdue Farms, will lead the Technical & Regulatory Committee.
