Frank M. Ravndal, Jr. will assume the position of CEO at Keystone Foods, effective February 17, according to its parent company Marfrig Group. He succeeds William Andersen, who held the position on an interim basis. Andersen will remain as Keystone’s chief operating officer. Keystone is a subsidiary of Marfrig.
Ravndal will lead 13,000 employees working in the more than 17 research and development units in Keystone Foods in North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. Ravndal spent 17 years in various positions at Cargill, most recently serving as CEO of its Thermal Energy Supply Chain. He also served as CEO of Cargill North America Power and Gas and of Cargill Americas Grain and Oilseeds Crush Businesses. Before joining Cargill, he worked in the financial industry in Venezuela.
