The National Chicken Council’s 58th Annual Conference is scheduled to be held Wednesday, October 10 through Thursday, October 11 at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C.  Mark your calendar to join other senior executives from U.S. chicken processing companies and allied industries to address current legislative, political, regulatory, business, economic, and international trade issues affecting the chicken industry.  On-line conference registration will be open soon.

An informative conference program is being planned and will include Dan Cathy, chief executive officer of Chick-fil-A; Charlie Cook, publisher of the Cook Political Report and columnist for the National Journal, as well as the yearly industry outlook panel, among other speakers.  This year’s panel, which will be moderated by Dr. Clayton Yeutter, senior advisor at Hogan Lovells, will include Paul Fox, CEO, O.K. Foods; Michael Popowycz, vice chairman and CFO, Case Foods; Greg Rosenbaum, chairman and CEO, Empire Kosher; and Don Taber, president and COO, House of Raeford.
