The National Chicken Council is still accepting registration for next month’s Chicken Marketing Seminar, and there still are a limited number of hotel rooms not yet reserved at NCC’s discounted group rate. The seminar, sponsored by NCC in cooperation with the National Poultry & Food Distributors Association, will be held July 15-17 at the Stowe Mountain Lodge in Stowe, Vermont.

If you plan to participate but have not registered, online registration is available at www.chickenmarketingseminar.org as well as a preliminary agenda and information about the seminar, how to make hotel reservations, and transportation details. Each meeting participant must register separately online using their own user name, which is your business email address, and your NCC password on file.  You can recover easily your password on file with NCC as you start the registration process or you may contact Maggie Ernst, NCC’s senior director of meetings & member services, at [email protected].

The two-day seminar explores trends in food marketing, consumer purchasing behavior, and new products to help you better succeed in today’s competitive marketplace.  Analysts also provide forecasts for chicken and competing meats and the annual supermarket-foodservice round table gives chicken marketers the opportunity to hear directly from their customers.  The seminar also incorporates a number of relaxed networking opportunities, including a golf tournament, all in a beautiful New England alpine setting.
