The Meat, Poultry, and Egg Product Inspection Directory lists the establishments that produce meat, poultry, and/or egg products regulated by USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) pursuant to the Federal Meat Inspection Act, the Poultry Products Inspection Act, and the Egg Products Inspection Act. FSIS updates the directory monthly and the current edition replaces all previous editions, FSIS said.  The directory is available in the two formats–alphabetically by establishment name  and numerically by establishment number.

The directory also contains information about the federal inspection programs; key agency contacts; laboratories and procedures; office locations and phone numbers; and regulations, directives, and notices.  The directory is available here.
