USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is sponsoring a public meeting on April 18 in Washington, D.C. to provide information and receive public comments on agenda items in addition to drafting U.S. positions to be discussed at the 40th Session of the Codex Committee on Food Labeling (CCFL). The 40th Session on CCFL will be held in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada from May 15-18. The FSIS announcement is available here.
