“Just because analytical results are obtained from sophisticated, highly sensitive and expensive laboratory installations, it does not mean that data can be extrapolated to the real world situation,” wrote Simon Shane, Ph.D., a poultry veterinarian, in an editorial this week. “In their continuing campaign against the commercial poultry production industry, the Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University, have published findings that defy logic.”
