USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced this week that the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods will hold public meetings September 27 through September 30 in Washington, DC.  During these meetings, the committee will discuss control strategies for reducing foodborne Norovirus infections and study of microbiological criteria as indicators of process control or insanitary conditions.
