Sherry Frey, vice president, account services, at the Perishables Group, will provide insight into the latest sales data for chicken in the supermarket meat department as well as future trends at this summer’s Chicken Marketing Seminar. Frey manages the Perishables Group supplier client base and account team.  Her primary areas of focus are developing innovative category development techniques for clients in the fresh food industry, as well as new product development from conception through execution and launch.  She frequently shares consumer and industry insights and opportunities at national and international industry events.

This summer’s meeting, sponsored by the National Chicken Council in cooperation with the National Poultry & Food Distributors Association, will be held July 17-19 at the Resort at Squaw Creek, Lake Tahoe, California.
