Standard Meat Company, based in Saginaw, Texas, has joined the National Chicken Council as an allied member company. Joe Brhlik, supply chain manager, will serve as the official representative to NCC.
Standard Meat Company is a custom processor of chicken, beef, and pork for national foodservice accounts and retail partners. They process out of two state-of-the-art facilities in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. All products are custom-specific, developed in partnership with their customer base.
