Registration is now open for the National Chicken Council’s 64th Annual Conference scheduled Tuesday, October 30 and Wednesday, October 31 at the Four Seasons Hotel located at 2800 Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Washington in the Georgetown neighborhood. We hope that your schedule will permit you to participate.

Please note that the National Chicken Council Board of Directors will meet in conjunction with the 64th Annual Conference on Tuesday afternoon, October 30 from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.. The meeting is open to NCC board members and official representatives from NCC’s allied leader companies. An informal buffet luncheon for those attending the board meeting will be available starting at 12:00 noon.

Simply because of space limitations, NCC respectfully requests that, if you wish to bring other representatives from your company to the board of directors lunch and meeting, you limit those guests to one other individual other than yourself.

To Register for NCC’s Annual Conference:

Visit www.nationalchickencouncil.org/conference/ for complete information on NCC’s annual conference, including the preliminary agenda, information on the Four Seasons, instructions on how to book Four Seasons hotel reservations, as well as information regarding travel and area restaurant information.

Please note that NCC recently emailed its membership with details about the upcoming Annual Conference and that email included your user name and password, which is necessary to register for the conference.  However, if you need your user name and password, please contact Maggie Ernst via email at  mernst@chickenusa.org.

Once on the website, you will see “Conference Registration” on the right-hand side of the home page. Click to register and enter your user name, which is your email address on file with NCC, and your passcode.  Once logged on, click on “Annual Conference” on the Meetings Tab located in the center of the screen.

Please note that, if you are bringing additional representatives from your company, each individual must be registered separately with that individual’s user-name and password.

If your spouse or a personal companion is joining you, please be sure to add as a “spouse/companion” during the registration process. Spouses/personal companions attend on a complimentary basis.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, please click on whatever credit or debit card you wish to use to pay the registration fee and enter the appropriate information.
