CKE Restaurant Holdings, parent company of Carls’ Jr. and Hardee’s chains, announced this week a new line of “clean label” chicken sandwiches. The lineup of new sandwiches will feature no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, and no antibiotics ever. The new menu items featured in the over 3,800 franchised or company-operated restaurants will include a Charbroiled Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich, as well as a Charbroiled Chicken Club and Charbroiled BBQ Chicken Sandwich.
