National Chicken Council President Mike Brown today announced the promotion of a key NCC staff member.

Kourtney Determan has been named manager of strategic & digital communications. Determan joined NCC in 2014 as a communications associate. Her primary focus continues to be issues management, day-to-day media relations, positive media outreach, website upkeep, social media management and strategic planning.
“Kourtney has been a valued member of the communications team over the years,” said NCC President Mike Brown. “Her performance and years of hard work on behalf of the chicken industry are proven assets to our members, and make today’s announcement well deserved.”
