Highlights at the upcoming meeting include a dynamic lineup of top executives from major retail and food service companies on the ever-popular chicken purchaser panel.  Panelist, listed below, will discuss what their customers are doing and saying and what opportunities may exist for chicken.

Other general session highlights include:

  • Ernie Meier, McDonald’s USA Director of Quality Systems, will focus on the chain’s decision process involved with arriving at and communicating the company’s antibiotics policy and how the company works with poultry suppliers and communicates with consumers on this important issue.
  • Tom Super, NCC’s Senior Vice President of Communications, will discuss how NCC has created a strategy to reach out to consumers, provide transparency,  and restore faith in chicken welfare.
  • Joyce Neth, WGM Vice President Audience Development and Research, and Delbert Holzer, Director Market Access, Elanco, will present the exclusive survey results regarding the latest chicken consumptions trends for U.S. adults.
