Labor Day has come and gone, summer is almost over, and time is running out for the Obama administration to act on ethanol.
Just before the holiday, the EPA finally delivered the 2014 ethanol mandates to the White House for their review — almost a year after they were due. The administration is in the final stages of reviewing the EPA’s mandates before the rule becomes final.
