Effective January 25, Mar-Jac Holdings, Inc. of Gainesville, Georgia has acquired the assets of Marshall-Durbin Companies of Irondale, Alabama, according to a Mar-Jac press release this week. The Mar-Jac management team expects a smooth transition with no disruption of operations. Details of the acquisition were not available.
