Kincannon & Reed, the executive recruitment firm exclusively focused on the agribusiness, food, and life sciences sectors and a National Chicken Council allied leader member company, has announced they are expanding in France.  Aurée de Carbon has joined the firm as a managing director. She is based in Paris, France.

Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed, de Carbon was Director International for a retained executive search firm where she directed engagements for clients including the United Nations and the World Health Organizations, among others.  She began her career managing sales and marketing efforts for French media and financial institutions. She is fluent in both French and English, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Universite Paris X.

Kincannon & Reed, also announced the promotion of Lisa Fisher to Director. Ms. Fisher brings more than 25 years of experience in the retained search industry, recruiting top leadership for non-profit and higher education clients, as well as for companies in healthcare, financial services, and clean tech. In addition, from 2001 to 2004, Lisa was Senior Advisor to the Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she developed and led the Commission’s Freedom to Compete Initiative.  Lisa is based in Washington, D.C. She holds a BA degree from Howard University where she majored in Communications.
